I am one proud dad. i am grateful for all the memories we made.

This is for those that play on COD4MW2 Freezetag, in the near future we will be changing our server over to run the COD4x mod. In order to play on the server you will need to install COD4x on your computer. You will still be able to play on regular servers this won't change that at all. The install is very simple, download the file attached here, double click the file, it will automatically install it for you. I will be posting later when the new mod is live on the main MW2 Freezetag server. The file needs to be put into your call of duty 4 folder and then run from there. It won't find your game from your download folder

Put a tin can alley in there to win extra ammo or grenades etc. I would suggest a hook the duck but that's a bit harsh Don't put any gambling machines in there because @Ruggerxi will find a way of rigging them

After talking with Crimson via chat, he noted I should post something about smoking meats in the forum. I know there are a few of you that join the discussion when I bring it up in game. I appreciate that you appreciate the fine dining and cookery or smoked meats. lol. I'm in the process of getting my catering business up and running so I can let go of my IT Management work that I do. It should give me the freedoms I will want to have later on. Plus, I get to help serve the communities around where I live with the best Texas BBQ they've ever had. Who all enjoys smoked meats, either smoking it or eating it? If you cook, I'd love to know what you're using to smoke with! I have 6 smokers but limit myself to just three based on the cook size. 1.) Small cooks - Stainless 55 gallon drum (holds 8 pork butts when fully loaded) 2.) Medium cooks - I frankenstien'ed two mid-sized cabinet smokers together (holds 24 pork butts when fully loaded) 3.) Large cooks - My baby (I need to name it still) is Backwoods Smoke "The Whole Hog". I have yet to max this one out, lol. (Link to the newest version. The amount of time this has consumed so far is kind of ridicules. I still need to do a ton of scripting work so the freezetag mod plays well with the rides. I could use a map tester here soon if anyone is willing to help. Also, still open to suggestions or ideas.

Hello Everyone, We have been working on some exciting changes to bring to our COD4 MW community. A little while ago we started recreating the currently deployed Freezetag mod so we can recover the source code. This would have allowed us to make enhancements and introduce new features on top of the currently deployed "xi_mw2_old" mod. Our end goal is to have a COD4x Server running our custom mod with COD4x support built in to it. This has several advantages, namely better network performance, stability, security and anti-cheat features. Here are the two tracks where we are working. 1. COD4x Server + xi_mw2_old (existing + some enhancements) 2. COD4x Server + COD4x enabled custom mod We were able to get support from our host (NFO) where they went above and beyond to support COD4x on a managed server. Therefore, we are able to start testing track #1. Here are the details for this server. 74.91.116.124:28960 On track #2 we have made great progress but it is a tall order. We had to reconstruct the mod from a deployed binary and it has been challenging to say the least. We are at 60% completion at the moment and it requires more hours. I will update this thread as I go, and feel free to provide feedback. @Ruggerxi @WldPenguin

Went yesterday to see my artist, been going to him for 10 years, more friends than client/artist now, he books the whole day for my appointments and its usually a long wait between (my next in February 19th 2027, thats how far out he books) My son got his 1st tattoo and took it like a champion, got a large sword on his inner forearm, it is The Black Sword from the game Elder Ring, he has over 800 hours on game and loves it then it was my turn, last year I got a Viking skull on my leg, I am VERY symetrical with my tattoos, try to keep even on each side, so naturally I HAD to get a female Viking Skull in same spot on opposite leg then while there I got a Dad joke tattoo, 2 bumblebees, one on each leg just below my knees.... the bees knees.... bwaaaahahahahahah

@Ruggerxi will put the client on our XI website for download. In the meantime, you can download it from a test server that we host. It's fine, press "Keep". I put it there, if anything you will get some of my hacks, J/K.

Folks, COD4x Client is now required to play on this server. This is intentional since we want to be able to use the advanced COD4x server and client side features. The COD4x protocol is simply not compatible with vanilla COD4 anymore. If you try to connect with a vanilla client it will tell you to go download the client. Last night in server there was a lot of discussion about our Friendly Fire Friday's rotation. I was asked by many people to post a proposal that was brought forth. Instead of just Friendly Fire Friday, could we mix up the game type on Friday's, perhaps two a month. In other words, could we have Friendly Fire Friday one Friday, CTF (Freezetag) on another, S&D (Freeztag) on another, FFA, pistols only, knives only. I am just throwing things out there as requested. Perhaps a poll could be setup to query what folks might be interested. I thought about posting this on the MOD/ADMIN forum but I posted it here because I wanted to make sure people knew that I brought their question forward.

Thanks, Smeggie, there has already been a poll for what different "event nights" people are interested in, I just haven't had a lot of time the last few months to set anything else up besides the Friendly Fire Fridays, since that's the easiest thing to switch on and off. There will be more special nights coming soon...

Some people were complaining about my ping and lag, and I thought why not just move to the States to fix it, so here I am! But yeah, I am here for work. I usually just say I work in education since I have a few different roles. I came to the U.S. as a visiting scholar last year, and I’ll be leaving soon. Back in Türkiye, I have two jobs. I work full-time at a university, and tutor K-12 students in reading and literature in the evenings. I’ve had more flexible work hours here, which gave me more time to travel. I’ve been to North Carolina, Chicago, Miami, Washington DC, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas so far. New York will probably be my next destination. I may visit some other cities as well, and I’m open to any suggestions you might have before I leave.
