If your screens are alll black and your computer sems to be booting (all the right sounds) I'd say you power suppl not given enough power to fire up your video card. CAn you test your card out on another machine ? If your card does work on another machine it will be your power supply.

Sometimes and this is just a guess motherboards have cpu power plug on the MB also video power on the MB as well.

Remove the memory and put it back in. Memory will cause video failure. But you should get some kind of warning beeps....

this is also a handy tool....to check power supply

It does seem to sound like a power issue.  Try the tool wizard linked to.    You may also have forgotten a power hook up connection.

can u access the bios ?

if u can access the bios then its most likely to be a wrong setting.

it may be the fact that u have a SSD as main disc, sometimes the bios wont recognize it.

u might have to check the bios and check OCZ forums for more help.

if i were you, i would also try with only 1 stick of ram in the good socket, be sure u plugged it in the good socket.

Make sure you have a 6pin and 2pin connector on your video card. Wonder why I know THAT one?!?!?!?!
