It's like calling someone a liar which to some, me included, are fighting words. Sure, I am a little hardcore but I feel anyone accusing another of cheating without facts / proof should be punished themselves for their unsupported accusations. What is a shame is that the name of the clan, in this case XI, is poorly represented by the whiners. If they think someone is cheating they should just keep their mouths shut and record or report to an Admin. That's what Admins are here for. If a member is disrespecting what XI stands for and disrespecting his/her tags I think a lot could be done quite easily. Smurfing can also help root out problem guests or members.
