Tom (aka Mot or djMot) here. Internet radio station owner. Flight sim pilot (X-Plane mostly, FSX too.) Now apparently soldier, also. Served 6 years in the U.S.A.F, so I guess it had to come back around, right? Have owned CoD|WaW for a while now, since it came with my previous graphics card when I built this computer in the summer of 2009. Hadn't really given it as much attention as I maybe should have. Played it through (solo) recently, and that was fun, but it ended. I remembered it had multiplayer, so I gave that a shot. After looking around at a couple of servers, I kind of just settled on the XI server because it kept loading up interesting new battle fields, had audio (although it took a while to figure out what key was push-to-talk,) and everyone seemed pretty fun and helpful. Don't know all the strategies or even all the keys that do stuff, and I'm often the weakest link, but what the hell. It's fun, and I'm getting better... Computer is an intel i7-950 OC'ed to 4.2GHz, Corsair H70 water cooler, 12GB RAM, MSI GTX560TX-Ti w/2GB VRAM. Nice to meet you all. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... Awards
