Note to foreign polyglots...

Exercise caution in the use of the "F word" when conversing in English (in the UK).

Though the courts take the view that it is normal language, grave offence can be caused by

speaking it within a culture that prides itself on manners and politeness.

More common is the alternative term: "bally".

An example: "Where are my bally jodhpurs?! I can't play bally polo without them!"

Or: "My good man, I am unable to pay that bally price as I have a polo pony to support!".

Such emphasis is best delivered in the Received Pronunciation accent ( as used by royalty and David Cameron).

If you must use a regional accent such as those used up north, substitute the term "soddin'" for "bally" and that

will be understood.

I bally well hope that is of use to you! ;%29.gif

Does it work for all these above. Some dont seem to fit. Replace bally with fuck adding a s, ing and other as needed. :)
