I called them up and got everything sorted out. So what I did, 1) For US -> (855) 674-4461 2) They will ask you what happened and tell them what ever happened 3) They will ask Your Product Key and Date of Birth for Verification. 4) And then they will send you email, you can click on that email and change it to new password. 5) Once you login, you may have to change the name in game... to do that http://www.origin.com/change-id 6) Download Malwarebyes and clean that Trojan from your pc you should be good after that xCal Edited August 13, 2012 by xCaliber Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
