In the case of this error the 'overflow' means too much unique text was being set by the game too quickly. Text could be anything from the HUD display in the ac130 to the hints you get for mantling. The newer version of the mod makes better use of text assets to help with this problem. Sniper, the too many bones one has to do with a bad ACR model. The other three models (sas, opfor/spetznaz, marines) dont have the extras. I suspect when they converted the model from SP to MP they missed a couple.
