We have the river "Main" nearby. It has a higher water level a usual but only two or three meters. The footpaths down there are flooded. That's all. Thank god! The flood is caused by continuous rain with up to 100 liter per square meter within 24 hours in Poland, Czech Republic and Germany. (Up to 180 liter in the Alps) @@hackeklaus I hope everything is ok at home and you can live in your apartment furthermore or at least go back to collect all your stuff and personal things. While the State might help in recovery I am sure they will no where meet the needs of the people. Sometimes it's just a hard cruel world.
