does anyone know a program that I could use to keep track of my wifes Temperature, O2 level, blood pressure, bowel movements, urine output, Intake (such as calories), medicine given, times-dates for all. I was told I could use excel but I am not too sure how to set that up. I would be willing to pay someone to do that for me. Hit me up with a PM as to a good time to chat on TS about it,  IF anyone is interested....Please

I was more looking for a kind of spread sheet in something like excel. I  could always keep a laptop by her bedside. That may be a little less expensive.

I wish I could help you buddy.

Have you tried to search for some health forums?

It might be not that difficult to program/write a tool and in these days,  must be something (for free)

what kind of information are you looking to get out of keeping all this info in a spreadsheet?  Seems it would be a simple setup.  I can help (no payment required) but i need some more info.  I will be in ts later tonight... (I am on PST) if you want to talk about it.

So in the mean time, if you could think of why you want to save that data, then the why will give us the "how" we will store it.  Spread sheets are good for data that needs to be calculated.  If there is no Calculation required, then perhaps access would suit you better.  Let me know, I am sure we can sort something out for you.

keep track of my wifes Temperature, O2 level, blood pressure, bowel

movements, urine output, Intake (such as calories), medicine given @ 27 different kinds (3 to 4 times a day),

times-dates for all. Also her color. speech capability,

All these would be several times a day

I want to save this info in case the ambulance comes to get her. I could print out like a 3 day report for the hospitable. (very useful) Also I could send a monthly report to her primary care....

I got one for ya if you want to try it. Set it up so you can scroll to the right on the second page through all her medicines and still have the date to the left and 4 different times of day. Or scroll down to next date and still have the medicines at the top.

Too bad @shittinduck can't get these excel files to go through a PM. That would be nice.

Good Luck Wizid, that is a lot of information to keep track of.  My wife and I had to do the same thing for my son when he was sick and we had a journal that we just wrote everything in. Excel would have been nicer and easier to get at the information, but also probably more work to get it entered.  My biggest suggestion, if you really want to track this information, is to find the way that is easiest for you to do it and continue to do it.  If you use excel, just make sure that you make it easy to get the data into the spreadsheet.  Don' try to make it too fancy and take too much time.
