When the computer hosting the BBS over modem died..... Taz the main guy (Rugger) let me have the old board as art. It hung on my walls for years. The fun.. the conversations... that all of it lived in that board.OK not as cool but this looks better. I can say I played some great friends on it like Ricko. You know he is an Idiot don't you? So the story goes like this. I bought my parts off Amazon. No regrets about that.. but I bought 2 things used. One the Power Supply and MoBo.This can be a long story..... so I will not elaborate and stick to facts. I turned on PC one day and it did not work. Came on... then off and over and over zero video. Called MSI #1 tech said it was CPU or Pins. I did not buy that,.. working since June. Called MSI #2 tech thought maybe the Power Supply.I order a new Power Supply since it was used.. and I upgraded to a 850 gold. Get Power Supply install and ... same thing. I then start to think about MSI guy #1. Used board.... and I remember things about the pins. Called MIS #3 tech pretended to be helping me and was clearly having fun. I laughed my ass off after I hung up. He made it seem I called China and asked me 8 questions in 15 minutes. Clearly he enjoys his job. Called #4 MSI Told him I replaced Power Supply and all... says get an RMA and send the board in. I can care less at this point.... but I pull the board. I remove the CPU and I see strange things but seen them before but.... did not recognize as a problem and it all worked.OK Idiot here... so I get the cover to protect the pins.. and I fucked.. I mean fucked up two pins. I have been out of PC building for almost 2 decades. I don't learn some things till sometimes it's too late.I have a new board and I will put in soon..... Zero stress..... as life is funny.... laugh at it till your last breath. Kind of wants me to shy away from anyone building their own Rig. @@TBBGet a warranty. No I will never do that but.... don't do what I do.Good thing is I have a spare Power Supply. NITRO 1

I have MSI on my wall. Some expensive ass art.... but it looks cool. I bent two pins putting the CPU cover trying to RMA it..making this board dead. I was a noob but learned fast what I did wrong. My bad. I wasted lots of money the past two months. Phone.. now this.. and I don't care. Probably Nitro. For most of my life I thought I was alone.
