that 256gb ssd is not big enough . all the new games that you will get will need an ssd to better . might be better going for hybrid drive .

Keep in mind the new GTX 1080 was just announced yesterday, shipping at the end of the month.  I imagine that might change pricing and options for other models soon.

You might have to rethink some things and research more. The MB you selected cannot handle the wattage requirements of the 8350.

Was just something I saw at the top of the newegg page

'Warning: This MB doesn’t support 200W or above CPU'

I suspect AMD has some kind of compatibility page. Or the MB site does.

edit: Many others are more well versed than I am, just something I noticed and maybe someone can check it out.

edit again: Seems various computer gurus out there recommend a beefier chipset for the 8350 and above. Maybe something like this, tho more expensive. Anyways, just going by what I am reading not any actual experience with it.

FX 8320 and FX 8350 are only 125 watt btw It will work fine in a 970 board

http://shop.amd.com/en-us/components/FD8350FRHKHBX

I have a 8320 and 8350

My 8320 is in a Asus M5A97 and it has the 970/950 chipset. My 8350 is in a Asus Sabertooth Rev 2 990fx/950 chipset.

9370 and 9590 are the big 220 watt AM3+ chips. All new AMD 970 chipsets are shipped with upgraded Bios. They say they only support up to 125 watt but with the newer Bios they can handle the Big 220 watt 9370 and 9590.

If you don't want to chance it get a Asus Sabertooth Rev 2 they are $179 shipped and have a 5 year warranty. They are a slimmed down version of the big $220+ Asus ROG Crosshair V Formula Z.

Your SSD is big enough for your OS and 4 or 5 games.I would still get a cheap 1 or 2tb drive for storage for your p0rn0 and stuff.I'm running an Intel 530 series 240gig SSD and a WD Black 1tb storage drive.Went with the Intel SSD because of the 5 year Warranty vs others 2 and 3 year.

Hahaha you wish ;) but i have another question (sorry if i seem bothersome) but i was thinking of getting the FX 6300 rather then the FX 8350 to save some money.... now is this a wise idea ? i do plan on gaming with this rig, IE BF4 etc. i dont exactly need ULTRA settings but i do want high end graphics, because i like pretty and fun games. i dont want to sacrifice one for another :P and if this isnt a wise is their somewhere where i can shave some money off a little bit ? if not its ok but if i can save money and pretty much get the same results id love to that lol

The FX 6300 on average is anywhere from 5 to 15 FPS behind 8350. If 15 FPS is important to you go for the FX 8350. That is at stock speeds too.

I recommend spending the extra money on the 8350 for the more stable FPS. Sometimes the 8350 will be 40 FPS higher than the 6300 in BF4 specifically.

He means cpu cooler. One of those big monster air coolers? Or a water cooler? AMDs can get awfully hot at load.
