As mentioned, there is a master server error so that might contribute. Best way to get on is enter the IP manually. Press ` to open the console, the button above Tab and type "connect 74.91.123.221:28960" (without the quotation marks) to connect to DM. If that doesn't connect, just quit to main menu, press ` again and type reconnect. Just make sure you enable console and make sure you have patch 1.3 installed.
