You guys do realize that soccer "football" is like the....7th most popular sport in America.  Not really a big deal over here.  On sporting radio they talked about 30 seconds about world cup loss this evening, and about 30 minutes about couple of baseball games.

If you look back in one of these previous posts i told you to watch out for Ghana, i think they will get to the semis now, and Cygon just because soccer hehe football is only the 7th sport in your country does'nt mean you can't have a good team, there are about 300 million people in your country lots of immigrants from soccer/football loving countries, some countries at the world cup like Slovenia have populations of just 2 million, so you should still have a massive advantage over these countries, the USA were'nt a bad team, i'm pretty sure they are ranked in the world top 20. Also if you check it out the USA  had one of the biggest fan bases in S Africa so it's not as unpopular as you think.Smile

I think USA played well and never gave up hope. Ghana though were excellent, they were strong and made quick breaks. They did not not look like tournament winnners but defininitly a well drilled squad with players of good skill. I think USA were lucky to end up losing only 2-1
