I think this applies to all servers if I read it correctly.

XI is an adult clan with no prohibitions on use of language except for two primary rules: no racist remarks, and no personal attacks. You need to check your sensitive feelings at the door when you come here: if you don't like it, don't look at it or don't comment on it. If you believe someone has broken one of our rules, let an admin know and we will take action as needed. We also do not tolerate cheating or disrespect by members or guests, and insist on good sportsmanship. Violations can lead to permanent bans. We play for fun, we play with honor, and we strive to treat each other with respect and consideration. No one, member or guest, is above our Code.

My question is why is racial slurs an automatic perma ban with no chance of appeal? That seems really overly harsh just for hateful conduct.

Also, I am jewish myself, so I find it really just funny you guys are banning me for hate speech for simply having an ironic username and trying to join in the trolling I saw going on. I have faced my own share of racial abuse my entire life, so I feel making 1 joke is kind of deserved after everything I've been through.

I never could ever understand this phrase of humans. Because "I am ...." that makes it right or not. Making people into "boxes" of who they are as in, what? 
Thinking about words to say or type somewhere. The words been said, it never comes up to me. 

Within the rules, it doesn't matter who you are. This is our home, place, fun and nothing else. >XI< can show the door and open up for someone that accept our (rented by guests and members) server rules. 

We have a very thin skin, when it comes to any words that does not comply our gaming rules and the website or anywhere else. We have a thick skin when I can say, you are a piece of shit in your statement. That "so I trollingly said a couple racial slurs thinking this was acceptable.",  thinking? My vote, denied.

You sure killed your chances Cheesy.  Its really harsh in order to keep our community free of hatefulness which racial slurs breed.  We may be an adult server but we are a family and hateful conduct isnt needed.

And Its crazy you could think you are vindicated to say it all.  Just because youre Jewish doesnt mean you can call someone a racial slur...  Arguing how you should be ok to say it is not the right way to handle your appeal

I have always identified myself a minority thought it’s not as obvious if you met me. Being aware of racial slurs or derogatory comments is sadly an occasional occurrence that happens. 

I am sympathetic to you Cheesy for you probably experienced the same situations. With that said, you should be even more aware that comments have consequences. 

 I recommend you take your lumps with humility and learn from this. Hopefully this will go your way.
