I want to delete my email from Outlook on the work computer but still be able to access it remotely for a while. I also don't want that computer to have access to my One Drive. The Microsoft account belongs to the employer but I access it from home all the time. Any help is appreciated.
 Awards

When employees resign we change permissions as soon as they submit the resignation so they are no longer able to permanently delete anything from one drive or outlook. Your ability to change anything will be dependent on how seriously your employer takes security. Remember, any email or file on their systems or services they pay for are their property so be careful attempting to delete stuff. If we caught you doing that we would promptly lock you out and escort you from the building. They will/should have a complete history/backup of everything you’ve done. FUNky
 Awards

Remember when Canadian computer retailer NCIX went out of business and they had an auction to sell off assets to pay for unpayed building rent? They sold the servers and all of the equipment. Some company out of China got ahold of thousands of employee records which included banking info, tax statements, home phone and addresses and social security numbers (Social Insurance Number) in canada. It is hard to remove Microsoft Outlook in Win 10 if the same login info is used on the Microsoft account that the computer used to log in with. Unless there are multiple Local user accounts and a dedicated Administrative account the only full proof way to remove that info would be to destroy the PC because a Microsoft Account is bound to the Hardware ID of the computer. If you are on a Local User account you can simply go in to Control panel and delete your account and everything will be gone.
