how do i load custom map

Rose. You can use rcon as well as I explained in the hlsw tut.  More importantly though, the map has to be on the server to load. If you have a list of maps you want to check out, send me the list and I'll load the maps onto the server.

if you're wanting to just check out a certain map with a certain mod, you can simply load the mod then open console and type devmap mp_mapname.

Correct but to do that with our mods, they'll have to be renamed locally with mp_ in front otherwise game don't see them in the mod menu.

But yes, that is a better way to check out a map.

How do you know their not on the redirect if you dont remember what they are?

we need them listed for what mod they are for..that  would help

In the redirect here /redirect/cod5/COD5 Admin you will find a file called cod5 master map list.  That should help you out a lot and nice work Merlin

I'll post a list on our forum @BlackRose that you can reference.

And credit has to go to beers as well on the list.  My new list is built off what he originally done .
