I can show the video. Man, I'm realizing I have to babysit this small oven; it ranges 40 degrees either way when baking, & cycles quite often compared to a standard-sized oven. Set @350F, it will drop to 300 before it turns on, then heat-up to 360-365 before turning off, topping out around 390 before cooling back down. Makes for a less than desirable result. I'm wanting to send off the breads I promised, but the post office says things are still badly backed up & that it could sit for many days before being sorted & sent on it's way. At 0.58/lb, what's not to like. Make one every few days for someone. First thing I do when I bring a new bunch home is draw a sink of water & add a splash of bleach. I then wash the bananas, paying attention to where they're cut & the ends, as that is where mold will grow, if it does. There they sit for two weeks- turned at the beginning of each day- after which time they're ready for their gustatory, gastronomic destinies. Edited January 26, 2021 by Timmah!
