Are you positive they were teleporting behind you and not just chasing you down?? The video really did not show me much( and yes i have watched many of many video's of hacking)--- But again pm a Admin your findings, post here that you need a admin to assist but Do not come in and post "Fucking Hackers" along with names. I am sure Xray is handling this very well and its all good. So again just watch how you title your post and leave the names out and contact a Admin.
