This place isn't for everyone but for some its a perfect fit. What do you get from being in this clan? I got a place where I could be myself. What is your favorite hobby? Bowling and golfing. Friend got me in and I loved it so I stayed. Why do you like your job? Something always new to figure out. How would you describe your career? I make carbide tooling for the medical field. The tools I make are used to create all sorts of medical things from knee replacements to heart valves and pace makers. What are some accomplishments you've achieved during your career? Started out as a delivery guy, now I run 3 CNC grinders Describe a time that your career was rewarding. At yearly bonus time If you could give a younger person career advice, what would it be? Be open to different things, you just never you what you might like What is your favorite thing about your career or industry? Well we had the on shore and on water survey and sea trial over the weekend. A few things were found, some somewhat significant, some minor. The things we found of concern; 1). Starboard engine is leaking water on both exhaust manifolds where the spacer to the riser meets. Could just need a gasket, but who knows. With water leaking out, it's likely leaking into the engine. Customer will have to fix this (whether its as simple as gaskets or entire engine) before I would accept the deal. 2). The starboard deck hatch on top of the front has some moisture and delamination in the fiberglass. Has to be fixed on the sellers dime. 3). The port propeller has a couple of nice dings in it. Its causing a slight vibration underway, but a prop recondition will take care of that. 4). The generator is in need of a capacitor as it's not putting out enough voltage. That will be fixed this week by the seller. The surveyor was really impressed with the condition of this boat. Other than the delamination near the one hatch on the deck, he said this thing is a tank and in amazing shape for 23 years old. So we will see how the seller responds to the starboard engine issues and the hatch delamination. The last thing remaining was the good faith & trust in the government, but the world has voted on that for real, not by mail or dominion. The US produces nothing the world needs, and the world has responded by dumping the dollar. Hang on to your britches, because it's going to get real rough, real fast. Enjoy your banana bread & circus show in New York, because they won't tell you what's really going on, you might not like it. $30 trillion in debt on paper, over $100 trillion in unfunded liabilities, and a pile of dumb-asses that still believe they can coin money & sell treasury bonds to cover their game of monopoly.
