OK, riding around the area, back & forth revealed some detriments. Turn signal module had croaked. No replacement from Harley. Battery box hadn't been tightened down, so the box shorted out the starter. Bike died on the way into work, but coasted into the parking lot. Local bike shop had an aftermarket module, it works well, but I had to chop off the connector block & wire each line with a crimp on pin connector, per the factory manual. Charged the battery on a trickle, & re-wrapped the line into the starter. Tightened everything down, & so far so good. Drained the tank (gas was orange..eww) pulled the petcock, & yuck. Rust everywhere, reserve hole was completely blocked, & the strainer was broken & plugged. Drained the tank, & used the strained gas to flush out the Fat Bobs. New petcock installed, & fresh gas in. Not going out of pickup truck range until I'm confident. 30 years +6k miles = this bike sat a lot. Changing oil, primary, & transmission this weekend.

Today after 5 years hard work, a bronze cast statue has been completed in a little known foundry just 20miles away from me. completed in a little place called Chalford, Gloucestershire . this large piece of bronze is destined for the White House. hopefully when its unveiled in the near future you all can say Draygunnar gave us the news first rofl.

And of course air shocks to clear the M50's on the back. Totaled it in a drag race. Fucking big ass dog ran in front of me at 100mph. Hit that dog head on and caused me to spin out and hit a tree sideways. Loved that car. I lost lane choice and of course the dog chose my lane to stroll into. Oh yeah !!! Had 6x9 Mind Blower Speakers and a Craig Cassette Deck. Those Mind Blower speakers got their name for a reason !!!

I Was taken ill on friday with stroke symptoms and was diagnosed with bells palsy, this has left me with 80% of rightside face paralysed and facial expressions, eating, drinking etc very difficult. right eye i cant keep shut without strapping it as it drys out and could cause permenant damage. on strong steroids at the moment so hopefully i will heal quickly but been told can take 6 months. so i will be going on cod4 freezetag 149 server as and when im up to it and if i sound like im pissed im not! So treat everyday as a blessing as you never know whats waiting around the corner.

Everyone I know uses HLSW for that reason...Master server list works and some times don't HLSW is found here if you want to give it a try works great

1967 Plymouth Valiant with 318 V-8 when I was 16. Motor was in pieces and had to get the car towed to my house. Put the motor back together and got that sucker running and drove it for a few years before selling it. It wasn't pretty, but it was mine! (net picture, not my car)

Me & drag pipes have parted company. My hearing is shot, & tinnitus is a constant reminder of hill climbs on screaming Elsinores & trips down the strip @ Cordova. Bone stock is lovely, quiet, & you can rip through the gears in town w/o drawing attention. Not to mention dodging the brain dead on their phones. I loved all pushrod twins. Beemers, BSAs, Nortons, Triumphs, owed & rode them all. Gas soaked hands from Amal ticklers, setting three sets of points on Tridents, & the monthly feeler gauge ritual for valve clearance. If I feel like it, I might scan some pics of my younger rides, but it's a little painful being reminded of everyone that's gone.

hmmm....first car I actually paid for ....to own ... was a 1975 BMW 2002 Black with black leather interior...it was a Rolls Royce dealer's car from Portsmouth ... not sure who floated it over to Canada...great car though Wake Up , Time To Die
