On Battlelog go to the top of the page and click profile. After you do that you want to click on the edit profile link under your avatar on the right hand side of the page. The second bold section down is called Soldier settings, and there is a box there to enter the XI which will create your tags. Looking forward to seeing you soon sporting your tags.
