Actually the 560 TI has extra texture units making it the better card. From factory the 560 Ti is also clocked higher. For BF3 video ram is a factor to concider, I usually use between 1.4GB and 1.7GB of vram for BF3 depending on the map, I am very happy that I spent a little more for the 2GB version of the card.
