I've played GunGame many times in the past and I remember I loved that, glad to see we got one server like that! thanks!

 

I love big maps but dunno if it's gonna be cool on that specific mod... At start pistols part is useless cause after we stuck at the shotgun level (personnal opinion). Dunno if it's just my thoughts but pistols are so powerful compare to the range of shoguns, we can have the shogun in a row without die but after that we need to be less than 1 yard of the person to kill her... While a gun can kill over 50 yards lol... So for me the pistols part is useless or shotgun needs to be better. It's easier to kill someone with a knife than a shotgun... lol

And large maps will not make things worse no?

I agree with you to a certain extent Exe, when you reach the shotgun it really feels like you have gone back one level instead of progressing, whereas a pistol has a decent range, in the case of the shotgun you really need to be very close to your opponent, i always feel like i hit a brick wall when i progress to a shotgun, but then again is this game about progressing to a more powerful weapon at each level...i don't think it is, remember you end the game with a knife, the least powerful weapon in the game, i think the AK47 is probably the most powerful weapon in the game yet you get that before other weapons, i think this game is more about the challenge then progressing to more powerful weapons.

Yeah finish with the knife is a challenge and it's damn cool, exciting and glorifying eheh. But when you're using it you're absolutly sure the guy's gonna be dead, this is not the case with the shotgun... lol

Yep! A speed between the current and the ace mod could be better.

I think normal speed is just right we don't want it like the Ace mod, if it was speeded up i deffo would not play it, the new maps are all quite small so we have no problem finding anyone, new maps are good Rugger, well at least the few i played.

Dunno 'bout the new maps cause my download is down to 20kb/s on all XI servers on cod4 and I dunno why.. It takes a long time to get the maps and I quit before the end.. Don't want to wait one hour to play half an hour..

My problem may also have something to do with the high pings i'm getting on some of the servers Rugger, i have a feeling it could be my isp, and the really bad weather we have been getting over here the last 2 days....i hope anyway.

wait u french people can hit something besides air? =O like O.M.G lol i like the mod but same here i'm in the us and on that server i run fine with with the mod i seem to lag a bit and i've played gun game on other servers back in the day with no problem.
