I am like the on other said.. I sound like the  liars on CNN MSNBC and other.... but when I get around my neighbor..... he got a gots a country accent like swift does..... or my damn cuz'z.... my twang comes out. I can talk 120mph and it seems to slow me down to about 90 to 65mph. So probably a good thing but I can hear it and it drives me nutz when I keep doing it after a conversation.

yalls come back now ya hear

What American accent do you have?

Your Result: The Midland

100%

"You

have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an

accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern

Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for

all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big

southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV

and radio.

Cause you don't sound like you learned to spell and on the test you  pronounced the  vowels like you were taught in school. But when I hear you talk on the servers you sound like a Southern Belle which is nice to hear once in a while. But some of you's wholey moley you really have that southern drawl and twang. But I have the Canadian Eh!

I guess that's what I get for being born in Chicago. Living in Denver for 25 years and still get annoyed in Texas when I hear some ask for a "Coke" and the person behind the counter asks "what flavor" and they say Mt. Dew.

Your Result: The Inland North 85%

You may think you speak "Standard English straight out of the dictionary"
but when you step away from the Great Lakes you get asked annoying
questions like "Are you from Wisconsin?" or "Are you from Chicago?"
Chances are you call carbonated drinks "pop."
