Seems its not Netflix but the USPS deliberately adding an extra day to 1st class mail delivery. Makes me mad. Does anyone stream from them? About 5Mbps is the best download speed I am going to be able to get. Good enough for HD? Not bluray HD quality but good enough? The speed isnt totally reliable however and sometimes it dips to 1.5, http://www.lansingstatejournal.com/story/news/local/2015/01/02/first-class-mail-change/21217773/ http://wlns.com/2015/01/05/delays-begin-for-first-class-overnight-mail-delivery/ Awards

I have a 105Mbps connection now for the same price as 50Mbps. I dont have netflix, because the only new stuff there is the old stuff I haven't seen. 5Mbps is good for HD stream as well but you will need to let it buffer. Do you torrent? Awards

I dont download ripped movies as a rule. And of course there are plenty of industry hacks using it trying to catch you. Last movie I did actually get via a torrent is when Star Trek came out in the theaters. But I already knew I was going to buy it when it came out anyways so no big deal. I cant go to theaters because they cause seizures. Star Wars ep3 was the last one I went to and I had a pretty bad partial about 5-10 minutes in. Awards

I can't go to the theaters either, well its difficult for me as well. So I wait for the movies to be out on Blu-Ray or DVD. I have Amazon Prime it works well. Awards

My wife and I have had Netflix for prolly over 10 years now and the streaming isn't always the greatest. Buffers alot thru our Roku, but thats once in a blue moon...I think it's the ISP problem not ours. Awards

Current one has been having problems with dark levels being too much and also a few places with dark patches. Been looking at a Roku since from what I read the built-in smart tv ones really arent competative with what you get from a standalone. Unfortunately the tv only has one hdmi, which is used by the bluray player, so I will also have to get a switch. Awards

I just dont like the usps screwing with people and the value of my netflix subscription being cut in 1/2. I am quite certain they are unhappy because it also cuts into their promotion of next day delivery to keep their members or get new ones. Since what they did affects all 1st class mail that also means people who buy stamps are no longer getting what they pay for. Awards
