$120

Since it wasnt in the link, you will also need a cpu cooler. Try the h80i v2 corsair water cooler. h80iv2 offers better cooling but is bigger. Corsair says it will fit both cases below but best to plan ahead and make sure the thicker one in the back wont get in the way of anything.

$60

For future expansion, get a 750w power supply. Also, modular is very convenient. Both worth the extra $15. The gold version would be better and more efficient but its $100. Eventually the difference in price will be made up by lower electricity bills.

16gb ddr4 mem (8x2) - time to move on to ddr4. ddr3 is just as expensive. Mem should be compatible with the above MB (the gaming 5 is)

This is better case. More expensive but not by much. Windowed version is the same price.

you could do that build and get the gtx960 istead of that pos ati card they offer in that build and your build would kick fkn ass

honestly any top tier  i3 and up will kik most of  amds cpu's asses -safest bet ive learned over the years

is to  stay with intel cpu's  and nvidia video cards.

Currently its because amd is still using previous generation technology. Their modern cpus are out soon and will likely be much more competitive.

Sometimes the amd 8 core is better because some things benefit from the extra 4. Right now most things dont.

wait a few more weeks for the video card, Nvidia just announced their new 1080 and 1070 at very competitive price, so the 9 series will more than likely drop price significantly in the next few weeks.
