If you think someone is hacking do this to get them banned, go to spectate and video them playing and send the file to an admin or myself. This is only for COD games

Here's how you take a video:

1) activate the console in-game by pressing the console key, which is located just beneath the ESC key.

2) Enter "/record" into the console to start recording a demo. If you want your demo to have a specific name, for example in order to remember whom or what you recorded, use "/record DEMONAME" instead.

3) When done with the recording, either leave the server or enter "/stoprecord" into the console.

4) You can now retrieve the demo from your Call of Duty 4 directory, in the /main/demos folder.
If you recorded a demo on a modded server, then the directory is /mods/MODNAME/demos

 

Get the demo file send it to an admin and the player will be banned if they are hacking as you say. Or send it to me and I will ban them if they are hacking as you say they are.

@Ruggerxi... This is a bit of a pain to do and doesn't (if I remember correctly) provide a standard file format output. Are there other tools that we can use that give a direct AVI or MP4 output that you could recommend please?

This is a popular one, but needs someone who know how to run a computer to setup it correctly. 

The other one I said is an easy way for anyone who can play the game to record gameplay

If you use the console recording then the file is much smaller compare to fraps

You can also use the cod and cod4 player from cybopat with that you can easy startup a recording that is done from the console
