Went well, except too much grease (even on toasted buns). Bacon cooked first, then I the cooked burgers in a small amount of bacon grease (drained before cooking burgers). I used ground chuck, so hence the excessive grease thereafter. When burgers were fully done, layered bacon and Swiss cheese atop over heat before putting them all together. Sauce on top and bottom buns. Sauce was simple: mayo, ketchup, mustard and generic steak sauce mixed. Burgers sprinkled with Blackstone Pub Burger seasoning before cooking. @Timmah!
