I rarely look at a clock. I know when to go to the bathroom from the pressure! I know when to eat because of the empty feeling. I know when to pick up the granddaughter because her mom ca;s an reminds me. Retirement is soooo nice no more multiple meetings a day, no more dealing with over sensitive people with HURT feelings.
