Neighbor had a problem with that on his Yamaha R6. I took a look at his front tire and it was extremely Cupped. A tire that is worn like this will cause Death Wobble on any bike. Take note on how the edge of the tread is sticking up and it's more worn towards the back. Don't cheap out on tires for a bike and make 100% sure that they are inflated to the correct PSI. Look in your motorcycles manual under Tire inflation. Do Not go by what it says on the side of the tires. Same goes for tires on a car.
