My mother invented wing night! So I thought? Chicken wings were the cheapest meat available back when I grew up. Golden and crispy with salt and pepper, that’s all we had well that’s all dad let her put on them lol. I never tasted BBQ sauce until about the age of 16. First taste of pizza was 14.
