After researching lots of different recipes in search of a great homemade coconut chicken Thai soup (Tom Kha Gai), I kinda combined three different recipes and added some other things, trying to get that specific flavor, texture and look I love... SUCCESS!!! But... I did not write it down oops... But here is a photo. I will be working on the recipe maybe will include it here once finished. You did a great job. Looks restaurant quality, sure the taste is as well. Tum Yum is a fantastic base for soups as well. Huge Tum Yum fan. It’s really a Lebanese version of a samosa I assume. The pastry in these ones are made with flour and baking soda or a yeastdough. We make them with ground beef onions, canned tomato, mixed spice, all spice, salt, pepper , cumin, cinnamon and mint. We also make vegetarian version. The filling is spinach, onions all the spices above and lemon juice delicious. We brush them Oil then bake them. My cousin made these he uses the baking sofa bread he oils them after baking I use yeast bread oil before baking Edited April 30 by WeednFeed major-mark63, ShadyBrady, Majbasil and 1 other
