Been cold as heck this spring the water has been very cold for fishing. Caught a nice brown trout tonight.

Four years ago today, my bride (of 33 years) and I embarked on an epic journey to Alaska. We have been on many great vacations, yet, they ALL pale in comparison to the magnificent postcard settings of Alaska. We cannot wait to go back and explore more of this beautiful state. And now that @AyaqGuyaq no longer lives there, it's safe to go back! ? Success at last! We have transferred our 8% share to a couple in Sussex who will now enjoy the boat we could not. We are hoping to visit the Norfolk Broads this Autumn / Fall and gather there's good fishing there too. No locks so sounds OK for a disabled skipper.
