The Family today added a new member as it became obvious that our 1998 Chevy Z-71 had seen better days and no one was sure if something would break on her. So today we went out and dropped about $56,000.00 on a 2021 Z-71 with the 6.2L V8 and everything we wanted and needed in a New Chevy plus she is beautiful. Between everything including our Trade, 10 Year Bumper to bumper Warranty, Price on the New Truck using their "Internet Price", and the interest rate on our loan I was able to save the Family about 10 Grand and also helping our Son build his Car Buying Credit. He has a great score but has never had a Car Loan so he and I did this together even though he will be making the payments and Lorie can use it whenever she wants to pull her Horse Trailer and I can use it for fishing and Skiing as well. We were so proud of him when we found out his credit score is over 800 and he has almost zero debt. I mentioned today during the Morning COD2 TDM Games that we might buy a "NEW TRUCK" and the majority of responses were "With today's prices".

@skuzapo I like the 3 round change, get to play more maps. From comments I got and heard while I was playing, change was liked so good start.

This is to what I was referring vis a vis Brandon Lee. A round with the charge removed was fired from a prop gun, with the primer propelling the bullet partly up the barrel. It was not cleared before blanks were then loaded; the powder charge from the blank propelled the squib into Mr. Lee at pretty much the same force as a regular round, killing him. From my experience, they DO use real guns on set. They are modified to eliminate the use of real ammunition and are supposed to be strictly handled under the supervision of an armorer. Regardless, blank rounds fired at close rounds can kill.

I donno why they are using real guns , replicas are so alike they should be use for safety FFS.

I wrote out several responses to this post, but deleted most. It's hard to answer some of your questions but I will try and be honest. I felt free to lock your thread on the technicality that people had got to the point of 'personal attacks' and multiple 'reports'. Personally I would have liked to delete it - but ya know.. I do believe in some aspect of "freedom of speech". You wonder why I let the 'Mandated' one go? I hadn't read it until 12/10 12:30 my time when Rugger asked our thoughts on it. At that point my response was it was utter bullshit, the thread and content annoys me and some other expletives. However it was not yet a "real problem" so suggested leave as is. I have not read it since as I know the content will annoy me. So yes that is 'why' I have let it go, other seniors are aware and can step in when they feel the time is right. I also see people in the forums saying stupid shit and think very much differently about them. It's fair to not visit the forums, sad but makes sense. I also haven't been visiting the forums as much as I used to due to these types of topics. Anyway - hope that helps you understand. You probably won't agree and will find fault. But that's life - full of fault.
