Sammy just finished up the beta version of the newest MW2 mod, many bug fixes, couple new additions. Remember this is a beta version and will need a lot of feedback from players on the server. So please post here if you see something that isn't working correctly with the mod, don't just sit in the server and bitch about it, thinking someone else will do it. Please take a couple secs and make a quick post about it so we are aware of it.

 

The beta test server will be

69.9.170.55

port 28960

 

I also added the >XI< clan tag again to see if it will now kick the lowest scoring non member to make room for clan members

 

We will be testing this server at 28 slots to see if it can handle more people there are 4 slots reserved for clan members

hey just tried this mod and got in ok selected class ok but after i get n game it says wait til next round to respawns and just sits there havent seen next roun yet sorry buddy nothing can ever go rt the first time roun.....also it shows the team count double at top left corner and the deep impact perk is not there plz bring that back lol

awesome mod so far smooth game play good game speed..only thing i see is that the radar comes and goes..the car looks great only thing is its way too slow people can out run the cars lol....well other than the deep impact perk not on some guns actually need that to kill with...other than that all i see wrong so far

Mmmh i did my classes but I can't join the round to test... "You will respawn next round"

 

That means we can't join the current round when it's already started? But i'm alone on the server lol... :question:

The problem has something to do with the new overtime addition to the mod. I will pass it on to Sammy to fix it up

Well i like it already because i can actually get in the server on my old PC whereas i cannot get in the Chicago new york or Ace mod servers, yes Aosta valley still saying you will respawn next round...also i was only one in the server but my mini map kept getting interference as if someone was jamming the radar?

Rugger i restarted server when it stuck on Aosta valley, map now on is Hob_second, working ok so far.

I had the same thing, it was awesome lol.

The new Magnum is pretty tight. I like the new shotgun and its reload. Haven't gotten to play an actual game yet though :(

Ambient weapons. One is EMP and another is counteruav. Both afffect all players and last for 20 seconds. The overtime issue was a dumb mistake. Ugh. I will going through the errors today and fixing things. Thx.

aosta valley does work i was on the map called somethin like second or watever i got wait to respawn i skipped map to aosta valley and it workd great somethin bout comin in when round already started with no one on weird

No random heli's since they require an owner to work. I could script the turret to fire manually but I figure the other airstrikes are enough. In general the ambient weapons are 1/2 as powerful as the player versions.

 

The airstrikes do the normal threat assessment. The heavier classes have priority. On top of that the higher your score the higher priority.

radar doesnt work and the airport map kicks after every game and like the rest said the car is real slow

For map, do you know what happens before they go out? killstreak? ambient weapon? EMP nade? etc.

 

Rugger can change a speed multipler for the car. Up to twice normal player speed I think.
