Thanks for the heads up the other night. Been using it ever since and think it's a pretty stable platform.

I was using both just to see, The one thing I find with Firefox or WaterFox , They are not as clear as chrome or explorer ,I find the colour and text much more vibrant with chrome and explore ,But with explorer I can't see the medals on our forum. And with chrome I can't see my media player I have on my little web page , is not visible , So I've decided to just use WaterFox,

well mozilla is starting to do the same thing chrome is starting to do with 3 different browser options and something that has to do with improving it or something to that nature...but i ve always preferred firefox over all...and i hate explorer period..IE just has so many loop holes in it that it just causes issues so i say fuk IE all together lol

Problems I do not need.

Some file missing and I did not want to reinstall.

Downloaded a AVG browser and made it my home page even though I did not select options offered, I downloaded from CNET.

Did a system restore and I still had AVG as the hone page and as an added browser.

Corrected that stuff and am staying with what I got.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

When installing something, you should ALWAYS look into the "custom install". thats where all that stuff will usually be, like the AVG stuff. all of my plugins worked, and I unchecked the AVG during the install, so it did not add it to mine.

I had the same experience Simple. Just read everything that you see when you install something. Then you won't have to do a restore.

Exactly what I done! I always look to see what these companies are trying to hide as part of the package deal when you do ibnstall. Even when you uncheck you have to watch because they try to install behind the scene as part of the program you really want. Damned programs anyway!

Looks like everything that works in Firefox will work in Waterfox. There is bound to be a couple things that won't but they claim most aps and scripts work fine.

Ive tested a few scripts on it allready and seems to be compatable with all of mine so far.

Flash Player has a couple hick ups with it though. That's the only thing that I've found so far that doesn't like Waterfox.Adobe programs piss me off anyway. They need to Update they're junk more often.
