Now in the past 3 days I have played a few games again, but now I seem to have a latency issue. I seem to be getting a 6-12 second ping spike every 4 or 5 minutes. If so, check to see if it is the new updated Xfire, again if so, return to the old xfire and see if that helps. Some players have commented that since they updated they have had some issues show up. If your not playing through xfire then check to see if you are getting apps(spyware etc.) tagging along. It helps to download "Computer Cleaner" from our website and use it daily. Also, I personally don't use Google Chrome as I believe it hampers ping, I cant prove it but I do notice a difference when I delete it. Hope this helps. My spikes usually only last for 2-3 seconds, but they always happen at the worst time, like when I'm shooting at Pete or Bart. I miss the shot, and they kill me.
