Hopefully if the plane was hijacked they will let the people go eventually, but not looking good at this point.

Lots of conjecture by the media. Remember that first they said RR was getting engine data. Turned out that was not true. Even when the company said there was no data the media still rolled with it. Later of course they had to revise their article. There is no official position until an official comes out and says its officially official.

The countries involved in the search would not move their resources thousands of miles without some kind of confirmation. Regardless if Rolls Royce or Boeing has confirmed it or not, somebody knows that those engines were running well past the time that the transponder turned off. More than likely the NSA has the Rolls Royce database hacked, or something secret the US government is doing has led everybody to believe this, and our government is playing dumb.  Since Boeing is a US company that sells to many governments, perhaps our government has them install some kind of secret tracking devices on ALL of the planes they make. Wouldn't that be a hoot? LOL

Don't you find it odd that neither Boeing or Rolls Royce are denying what has been said, they simply have refused to comment so far?

The plane in this case is over 10 years old I think. So it was made before the NSA even had that kind of ability. Probably. But now that it is pretty much official that its a hijacking, as opposed to media reporting, its a different ballgame as they say.

BTW you can't "hack" an airliner and take control of it. It simply isn't possible.

Ok codpiece knowing you are the only qualified boeing pilot here, knowing you posted a few days ago a nice picture of what you said was a Hawaian beach but looked liked more like a Malaysian beach in my opinion i have to ask you a question : What did you do codpiece ? WHAT DID YOU DO  :wallbash:  :wallbash:

Further evidence that the crew or somebody with extensive flying experience hijacked the plane.

Malaysia Jet Crew Made Contact After Data System Shut Down

The flight crew of the missing Malaysian jet made its last radio contact with air traffic controllers after the aircraft's automatic signaling system was disabled, a Malaysian transport official said Sunday.

"The ACARS (Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System) communications system was disabled before last radio contact between plane and air traffic," said Malaysian Airlines Chief Executive Ahmad Jauhari Yahya.

Malaysia’s Prime Minister Najib Razak said early Saturday that the aircraft’s ACAR system was disabled first, and then the aircraft’s transponder was shut off before the flight veered off course.

The ACARS is located on a lower-level of the plane, while the transponder is housed in the cockpit, Tom Casey, a retired pilot who used to fly the giant Boeing 777 told NBC News on Saturday. In order to disconnect the ACAR system, a person would have to pull a series of circuit breakers, but also know where to find them, Casey noted.

Razak also said Saturday that the plane was diverted because of a "deliberate action by someone on the plane.” He said the investigation would focus on the passengers and crew.

Since the engines are in touch with the satellites when running (Rolls royce needs performance data) &  in view of all else.  It appears this boeing 777, landed safely, and was  well within range of all our friendly countries, afganistan, Iran,  Pakistan....hmmm
Since Russia, and Iran have been stealing, via a GPS hack, our drones, and since its also possible to do to late model psgr jets remotely, its a possibility also.
First to break this was Mike Adams, natural health site.

I blame Obama.

I blame you for campaigning and voting for Obama. You were so in love with him in the  start.

The news about family and friends dialing the cell phones of the passengers and hearing them ring was intriguing until someone who knows

about the technical side of this explained that one could hear a ringing tone whilst a satellite was searching for the phone itself.  If a phone

is switched on, its whereabouts, or certainly the cell in which it is located, would be known.

If they only had one tower like in the case of the GPS satellite you can get a radius but not location. They should if the report is true know which tower they got the signal from. Have not heard much talk about that report as if the report was false.

I think the plane is in Pakistan. I really doubt it is in the water. The beacons would come one when salt water flooded it plus the black box can be heard for hundreds of miles under water.

Someday that plane could be used for a bomb. Remember if you did not know we have 4 Blood Red Moon in the next 2 years and all 4 are on Jewish holidays. You know what that means right? The first is on April 15th the start of Passover.

If that was their plan then it failed already because everyone will be looking for it. If however they stole a 777 cargo nobody would miss it. It would also already be set up for carrying big packages of whatever they wish to bring along.

look there are places planes lose contact with the towers when there far out at sea,due to yes a round planet and a lot of water-if anyone survived there would have been at least one text or phone call someone had received .it is at the bottom of the ocean spread out for miles like other planes have disappeared before-something happened fast,it crashed and they all died.
