The case is already designed for it. A bitch to install especially with pci cards because of the hoses but very efficient and quiet. The picture shows how it will be organized. Not for overclocking but if you plan to do anything at full load for extended periods like video compression. It can push every core to %100 for hours. Software included for controlling the fan to turn it way down or way up as needed. Get a bluray burner. Not so much for writing but for reading. See above for video compression and if you plan to backup your bluray collection and/or make it available for streaming. I back up the really important stuff like imported anime. Which isnt cheap. Or out of print items. For a drive, might want to just get a 500gb ssd for window and programs to save a bit of money. Depending on whether or not you plan to have lots of games that require 20gb each. Then a second cheap large capacity hdd for general storage of data. For PSU, when you decide what you want there are many power calculators online telling you what you will need. You can also add in potential future items to see what you will need later. Bronze is a minimum. Gold is better. Where I live the difference in cost between tier one and two is big and every little bit helps especially when you are on a budget. Since you wont be doing this until april, I assume, not worth checking out prices right now. Just what you plan to do and with an eye towards NOT having to upgrade in a year. Awards

Yes rebates do often come through. But it also takes a different approach and includes some extras. Depends on whether or not $1000 is a hard number of a guideline. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wyYvqk Yes I prefer win7pro. However compared to win10pro its an extra 50 bucks. Depends on what kind of control you want. And whether or not you think win10 spies on you. Edited November 26, 2016 by Sammy Awards
