All you can taste is the alcohol, the flavour disappears the stronger it gets, people seem to associate strength with 'good', not so if you want to enjoy it, good if you want to lie in the mud or make love to women you would not normally touch, so you takes your choice, me it's taste every time, unless I meet an ugly woman, strangely all the women I used to meet used to ask for 8%+ ????????????? I think they were desperate.. There are some very strong beers out there that taste good, in my local curry place they have King Cobra which is about 7.5% and comes in a nice big bottle. I ordered a 'Stella Artois" on tap and they brought me a bottle of "gluten free" lager from a local brewery. I wasn't aware that gluten free beers even existed...wtf?
