You ever freeze some in portions to eat by itself or add to chili, burritos or whatever. You can throw some good shit together pretty quickly if you have your protein ready, as it's the one food group that takes the longest to prepare of the 4.  Looks great & what comes to my mind when I see those pics.

I loved smoked meats. Try wrapping pork tenderloin in bacon and smoking it.
