New message upon load.

Anyone know what the deal is with this?  Messages that indicate I guess spawn protection, but over the past two or three days at the start of a round or when I join, I get a quick CI followed by this (attached).

When I attempt to sprint, there's no noticeable difference than standard movement.  Others say it goes away if they restart the game.  I'm having no luck.

something is definitely a foot with the server and my only guess "it" is/was one of the zombie maps...I would wonder here if you could delete the mod or at least rename it and pull the mod again and see if that fixes it...I had to reset my game as no matter what I did it forced my name to "player" and then would have to change name back in console...It would never stick

I get the same, also the short ci. Nice to feel safe and protected though.

I also have this problem that after some time the server slows down a lot

Feels like you are running in honey.  Map starts out great or "normal" then it just feels like you slow down over time.

Upon reviewing the console, I suspect Punkbuster is coming into play.  Could be wrong.  It's timing out to the Evenbalance servers.

Well scratch that.  I stopped the Punkbuster services (shouldn't be in use anyway) and restarted and it is persistent.  I'll leave it up to the admins.  Let me know if you need someone to test or provide some logs.  It's definitely like @BeerGoat described.

I started to notice it about the same time it was noticed at my work that windows defender running on Linux was a memory hog.  Not sure if these are windows or linux servers.

I thought the actual run speed on the server was slowed down or it was on my end.  Most of the time it's fine, then next map, as others have said, running in honey.
