I like the crackers from Skyline Oyster Crackers on top as well, the Red Hoop Cheddar also from Costco, and am generous with the unsweetened chocolate and cinnamon (Cinnamon is so very healthy for us and under utilized imho.) I make it 4-way chili. Served with iced tea (peach) or beer. Dessert = Chocolate Chip cookies (Tates from Costco) ta da! https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/206953/authentic-cincinnati-chili/ 2-Way: Chili + spaghetti 3-Way: Chili + spaghetti + shredded Cheddar cheese 4-Way: Chili + spaghetti + diced onions + shredded Cheddar cheese 5-Way: Chili + spaghetti + red kidney beans + diced onions + shredded Cheddar cheese. tip = Overnight option: After boiling the meat, remove the pan from the heat and let cool. Refrigerate the beef in the pan overnight. The next day, skim the solid fat from the top of the pan and discard. Skimming the fat makes this a healthier version than most, and gives it the right consistency.
