At 28 years of age you have got a whole lot of living to do and if you can find a career that makes you want to get up in the morning and head off to work then go for it. I've made some career (and country) changes in my time, and it has all worked out really well. As a matter of fact I start a new job tomorrow after 20 years at my last - and I'm 61! Sorry I can't help with any NHS advice, but you're on your first step and I'm sure you will do well. Cheers Bosun

Pretty much what Stormy said - I am dubious about the occasional player and I'd love to say “I KNEW he was cheating! -

I'd like to see a list of the names of players who have been banned. Can we possibly do this? -

OMG one of the hackers has hacked the forums! -
Hey Janey I had to have back surgery - was a long operation and now I have titanium holding my spine together - but I tell you the pain is 90-95% reduced and mobility is so much better (can't touch my toes any more though) Keep yourself thinking positive and I'm sure it will be a great result. P.S I was freaking out too before the operation so you're in good company lol

Kangaroo attacks man, stops paramedics from saving his life
Bosun replied to Bosun's topic in General Discussion
It's not blank for me ... but I had trouble posting it as the satellite connection on this ship is really dodgy and slow...and I'm an idiot. Basically, Kangaroo attacks man. Kangaroo attacks paramedics trying to help man. Police shoot Kangaroo. Paramedics can't save man. There are quite often kangaroo attacks here but the last fatality was about 80 years ago. I like them medium rare or in a stew at a pinch. My local bar used to do a Surf and Turf with Kangaroo/Crocodile. Very yummy. -
I lember 12, 2022 — 7.10pm A man has died after a kangaroo attacked him and then prevented paramedics from getting near enough to help. St John WA paramedics who raced to help the seriously injured man were forced to call police when the aggressive animal stopped them from getting near their patient. Police arrived and shot the animal, but it was too late to save the 77-year-old man’s life. Emergency services were called about 5pm on Sunday to Redmond, near the Western Australian town of Albany. A family member had found the man with serious injuries from the attack which had happened earlier in the day, a police spokesman said. It is believed the kangaroo was being kept by the man as a pet. “The kangaroo was posing an ongoing threat to emergency responders and the attending officers were required to euthanize the kangaroo by firearm,” the spokesman said. The region is home to the western grey kangaroo, which can grow to be about 70 kilograms and 97 to 223 centimetres from head to tail. It is believed the kangaroo that attacked the man was younger than a year old. https://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/national/western-australia/kangaroo-attacks-man-stops-paramedics-from-saving-his-life-20220912-p5bhi4.html
