I like a good straight bourbon. Knob Creek is really good. I also like a blended like a Crown Royal. Crown Black is my current favorite. It is 90 proof and is very smooth. Regular Crown is a little too sweet for my taste. A lot of people like Maker's Mark, but I do not like that at all. Scotch is also good, like a nice 18 or a 12 year Macallan.
