It used to run a constant 125 then it would suddenly drop as low as 5 fps or 30 or whatever. Usually it was during airstrikes or heavy fire and I could lay down and wait it out. I tried all the suggestions mentioned above but nothing worked. I think it was my processor but it's an old computer, not like yours. The thing I notice is 136.66 cg ms/frame that says to me you are spending way too much time processing each one. 8 cg/ms =125fps. Since it is random I think maybe you have something else running that is causing it. I would maybe get new drivers for your card and reinstall.
