It has a infra-red rottisere burner that works great. I haven't checked into the infra-red for the main burners. I am a grill motherfucker. It can be 10 degrees out and snowing and I will be out under the patio grilling my ass off. Good job Harry, I will check into the infra-red. Sounds awesome. Thanks for the info. But to bad I can't afford shit anymore. Went from 1/2 a million a year business to less than $30,000 a year, fucking sucks. Anybody ever try grilled green beans or asparagus? Awesome shit, salt and pepper and some olive oil. Or grilled pizza. Kick ass. Have fun Harry, it is always cool when you can get something for yourself.
