The range is from 100-30 Afaik the upload bandwidth can cause this too. BitTorrent other other sharing tools or any other crap like an infected Windows. (sending spam, part of a botnet f.e.) Here is what I've tried so far.. : Down loading PB setup/updating game, uninstalling Pbsetup and re-installing and updating game, running game as admin - which made me create new character and re-download maps, the only thing I haven't tried is un-installing / re-installing game. Wasn't there some file in the Activison - COD 4 files that we deleted to solve this issue ? Anyways, any other help would be appriciated.. ty again HAMMER.... This command duplicates the packets to the value of the assigned number. One thing to watch out for though, is if you dont have a fat connection the duplicated packets could affect your latency etc. Hope you get it sorted!
