I played a little of your freeze tag 1 server today and enjoyed the time. I am a 40 (almost 41) year old Kindergarten teacher here in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada and have been a player of online FPS for around 10 or so years now. I am a tender in hockey and played forward years ago in Jr but being of shorter stature I was unable to move forward playing as a centre in hockey for a job and so switched to tending the hemp hut (ask a Canadian and they will know what that means, lol). I am married with 3 kids who do not play FPS and my wife has no clue and thinks that its an odd thing to do and enjoy doing. Hmmm what else? Well as I told the members earlier today I am looking for a place to play due to not being able to play with my old clan. As you know being in a clan means you make friends and come to get used to their being part of your day. It was the AGX clan and I know that a few of them have played on your servers and enjoy doing so, I think its Posse and Mad Max and possibly a few others. I was originally with UB (United Brotherhood) Clan and when the original person who started the clan left the new persons in charge made playing there tough due to their constant changing of the rules and admin rights. I then was playing with TMX clan but not a member, this clan was on the end of its life and when they moved to join AGX I followed OLDMAN, PHISTER and a few others to the clan I called home for more than 3 years. Over the last few months I have been having to defend myself from not only a few pubs that have played on our servers but some of our members as well who have voiced opinions that I was "hacking" in some way. I was sure that my members and friends in AGX would support me and watch how I play from both now and the past to know I am clean when I play. However, on Thursday morning this week I was trying to get on our servers TS and forums only to find I had been banned from ALL. I went to our AGX facebook account and asked what was up and sent a letter into the AGX mail as well. I received this in response. _____________________________________ DC, I am sorry that no one has contacted you earlier. Because we like you as a person, it pains us to say that you have been permanently banned from -=AGX=- and all servers including web, game, and voice. Due to a large amount of complaints that we have received in the past, we had to look into the matter. The complaints were, as you are well aware of, you cheating. Over the past year we have stood on your behalf to try and eliminate the hackusations and keep the game respectful because of lack of proof. At the same time we must address the complaints so we started looking to see if there was anything to back up their concerns. It was during these times that we just watched your game play and at some point started taking of video. It was these videos that lead to our decision. There is no appeal. _____________________________________ I tried to email, I called the phone number in Texas and sent numerous texts on the facebook page to the members I thought were my friends. I want to be totally above board with anyone I meet and ask to play with so this is why I am letting you know all this right here and now. I looked at the video eviendce and to me it only looks like a player being hard and fast at a game. I am not saying I am applying to your clan for membership but I will visit and play as long as you let me do so. I am a visitor and know that it is a privilege not a right to play there. I am still holding out hope that they will come to their senses to be quite honest and see that this is totally ridiculous. I have had several of the members text me back to say that they are supporting me but the others don't seem to be willing to listen. Well there it is and I hope to enjoy playing on your severs and getting to know your members if possible.
