He will need a few more weeks to heal properly, but he is definitely on the right track. He thought his right hand and left hand pinkie finger were infected but the doctors told him they were healing and that the clear fluid coming out of his dressing was a side effect of silver sulfadiazine, a topical cream used to increase healing time. Canada has a very good health care system. i pay approx 50$ each pay cheque and it insures me for any health care i may need. i could have gotten extended coverage, and that would have paid for all meds as well. my current health care insurance covers me for physio and massage therapy which i will require. all in all i am very lucky. i know other countries do not have any sort of health care coverage. i am certain this would have cost over 200,000$ phew!
